The Fearless Journey Game is a low-risk way to hack a culture that’s stuck in a holding pattern. It’s an invitation to look at well known problems through new lenses, and to imagine new approaches using resources already at hand.<\/p>\n

Players write their own Obstacle cards, listing Obstacles Outside Their Control<\/em> which stop them from reaching their Big Goal.<\/p>\n

Then together they discover and combine Influence Strategies<\/a><\/em>
\nto resolve obstacles collaboratively, respectfully & boldly<\/p>\n

The game works best with an actual team: people who need to work together to reach a clearly defined and commonly held goal. Where this is weak, or the goal out-of-date, a pre-session for collaborative goal setting can enhance the game outcome.<\/p>\n
